  • In the first week or Week 1, a survey was done. In this week, set up counters were created. The volunteers did a door-to-door service. This continued as a process along with mobilisation efforts.
  • Also, in the first week itself, data analysis was also carefully done by Hands On CSR and the company associates. It is a background process, and hence, the team parallelly worked on parent involvement on the field too.
  • Coming to the second week, or Week 2, the actual counselling was started. This counselling process did not end here but throughout the whole project.
  • In the third week or Week 3, the individuals were given training. The candidates were taught general employability skills that could help them later in their professional lives.
  • In the fourth and fifth weeks of the project, or Weeks 4 and 5, the candidates were given job specific training. They were also taught how to prepare and write a resume. Since resume preparation is also a background process, the team worked on it parallelly with other critical jobs.
  • Coming to the second to last week of the project, or Week 6, the aspirants were made to go through mock interviews. Job fairs were organised. The candidates were evaluated based on their technical and soft skills.
  • In the last three weeks of the project or Week 6, 7, and 8, the candidates who were unplaced were given re-training. Post-placement support was also offered to suitable candidates.
